The Thinking

This was a requested DnB set dropped into the middle of a melodic techno night — a real test of pacing. I opened with a run of techno classics flipped into DnB, which won the room over fast, then kept it accessible with melodies people already knew rather than fighting the night's mood. It worked well enough that I got invited back to that same techno event off the back of it.
