The Thinking

I was feeling darker and more melodic that night — chasing a groove that sits in your chest rather than pure peak-time energy. The set stayed flowy and deep, with enough punch to keep it moving, and the crowd was locked in from the first transition. A few people told me afterward it reminded them of the old Noisily stage — that it captured something from years past. That was exactly the reference point I was going for, so hearing it back unprompted was a good sign.
